Advocacy
TASCA maintains a full-time lobbying team in Nashville to represent the interests of Tennessee ambulatory surgery centers before the Tennessee General Assembly, the State Board of Health, and other regulatory agencies. We monitor legislation, advocate on behalf of the ASC industry, and keep members informed of critical issues throughout the year.
